Velztorm Mini Lux SFF Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Mini Lux is a small form factor gaming desktop finished in white. It pairs a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 5950X processor with an AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card and 32GB of DDR4 memory. A 2TB SATA SSD provides the primary storage and a 750W power supply runs the system.

Best for high-core-count CPU workloads and 4K gaming

This machine suits users who need 16 cores and 32 threads for rendering, compilation or heavy multitasking alongside high-end GPU performance. It does not suit buyers who need Bluetooth connectivity, an included display, or storage beyond the single 2TB SATA SSD.

2TB SATA SSD capacity and interface

The only drive installed is a 2TB SATA solid state drive. There is no hard drive and no additional solid state storage shown in the specifications. Buyers who require a larger total capacity or a different drive interface must plan to add storage themselves.

Questions about this item

How is the 240mm AIO liquid CPU cooler installed in the SFF case, and what step is often missed?

Mount the radiator to the case fan bracket, connect the pump header to the CPU_FAN socket, then route the tubing so it does not kink against the Radeon RX 6900 XT; the step often missed is setting the pump to full speed in BIOS before first boot.

What maintenance will the 240mm AIO liquid CPU cooler and 750W power supply need later?

Clean the radiator fins and intake filters every six months; the AIO is sealed so no coolant top-up is required, and the 750W PSU only needs its fan checked for dust buildup during the same service interval.

Which limit appears first during sustained gaming load — CPU thermal throttle or GPU power limit?

The Ryzen 9 5950X hits its thermal ceiling first; the 240mm AIO can saturate under prolonged 4.9 GHz all-core boost, causing the CPU to throttle before the Radeon RX 6900 XT reaches its 16GB GDDR6 power envelope.
