Micro Tower Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Mini Pilum MT is a pre-built gaming desktop in a micro tower chassis. It ships with Windows 11 Home installed and is configured for 1080p and 1440p gaming workloads. The system targets players who want a ready-to-use rig without assembling parts themselves. Builders who need a larger case for custom liquid loops or multiple graphics cards should look elsewhere.

PCIe 4.0 Graphics Interface

The GeForce RTX 3060 Ti connects through a PCIe 4.0 slot and includes 8GB of GDDR6 memory. This interface caps the card’s peak bandwidth to the PCIe 4.0 x16 limit, so the GPU cannot exceed that throughput. The GPU supports G-SYNC variable refresh and DirectX 12 feature sets. Users who require PCIe 5.0 bandwidth or more than 8GB of video memory will hit a hard ceiling here.

750W Power and Connectivity

A 750W power supply drives the 8-core Ryzen 7 5700X and the RTX 3060 Ti alongside 64GB of DDR4 memory and a 1TB NVMe SSD. The 120mm AIO liquid cooler handles CPU thermals inside the compact frame. Rear I/O provides one HDMI port, USB 3.0 Type-A, four USB 3.2 Gen1 ports, four USB 2.0 ports, and audio jacks. Wireless uses WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 4.2; the single HDMI output limits multi-monitor setups unless the GPU adds more ports.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 16GB, 32GB, 64GB or 128GB DDR4 option?

64GB DDR4 gives ample headroom for modern games and heavy multitasking; 16GB or 32GB may limit background apps, while 128GB is only useful for specialised workloads.

What does the 4.4 GHz boost on the Ryzen 7 5700X mean once the PC is built?

The 8-core processor can reach 4.4 GHz on active cores under load, so single-threaded game logic and background tasks run at high speed within the 750W power budget.

How does the PCIe 4.0 link on the RTX 3060 Ti cap real-world throughput?

The graphics card uses a PCIe 4.0 x16 slot, so the 8GB GDDR6 frame buffer and GPU compute see full bus bandwidth without a bottleneck.
