Compact gaming desktop for 1080p play

The Velztorm Minixa packs an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X six-core processor and a GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card into a Mini ITX chassis. It ships with 16GB DDR4 memory and a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed for immediate use.

RTX 3050 with 8GB GDDR6 decides 1080p suitability

The graphics card provides 8GB GDDR6 video memory on a PCIe 4.0 interface with DirectX 12 and G-SYNC support. This configuration targets smooth frame rates at 1080p resolution in modern titles. Buyers who want 1440p or 4K gaming need a higher-tier GPU.

750W supply and Wi-Fi 6 enable flexible placement

A 750W power supply delivers headroom for the components inside the small case. Wi-Fi 6 AX200 and Bluetooth 5.2 give cable-free network and peripheral connections. The port array includes HDMI, DisplayPort, USB 3.2 Type-C Gen2 and multiple USB Type-A ports for monitors and accessories.

Questions about this item

What does the Ryzen 5 5600X 3.70 GHz base clock mean for everyday gaming performance?

The six-core processor runs at 3.70 GHz base and can boost to 4.6 GHz, giving strong single-thread speed for modern titles while the 32 MB L3 cache helps keep frame rates steady in CPU-bound scenes.

How does the PCIe 4.0 link on the RTX 3050 affect real-world throughput?

The graphics card uses a PCIe 4.0 x8 connection, so the 8 GB GDDR6 frame buffer feeds the GPU at up to 16 GT/s per lane, removing the bus bottleneck that appears on older 3.0 platforms.

Will the Mini ITX chassis fit a standard ATX power supply and full-length graphics card?

The case measures 14.25 x 7.25 x 10.25 inches and ships with a 750 W unit already installed; length clearance is limited to the included WINDFORCE 3X cooler, so longer ATX PSUs or triple-slot cards will not fit.
