Compact Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Minixa is a Mini ITX gaming PC built around a 6-core Ryzen 5 5600X processor and a GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card with 8GB GDDR6 memory. It ships with 64GB DDR4 memory and a 1TB SATA SSD, running Windows 10 Pro. The 750W power supply and RGB air cooling fit inside a 14.25 x 7.25 x 10.25 inch black chassis.

Who It Suits and Who It Does Not

This system suits players who want a small-footprint desktop for 1080p gaming and multitasking with ample memory. It does not suit buyers who need more than 1TB of internal storage, who require an optical drive, or who want a newer operating system than Windows 10 Pro out of the box. The Mini ITX form factor also limits internal expansion compared with larger towers.

Deciding Specification

The 1TB SATA SSD capacity is the single specification that decides fit; if your game library and media collection exceed one terabyte you will need external storage or a different system.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 64 GB DDR4 configuration or is there a smaller memory option?

This model comes with 64 GB DDR4 as standard; no alternative capacity is offered for this build.

What does the Ryzen 5 5600X 4.6 GHz boost clock mean for everyday gaming?

The 6-core processor can reach 4.6 GHz on demanding titles, giving smooth frame rates at 1080p with the RTX 3050.

How fast is the 1 TB SATA SSD over the SATA interface?

The SATA link caps sequential throughput at roughly 560 MB/s, so the 1 TB drive delivers consistent boot and load times within that limit.
