Compact Ryzen 5 5600X desktop

The Velztorm Minixa is a Mini ITX gaming PC built around a 6-core Ryzen 5 5600X processor and a GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card with 8GB GDDR6 memory. It ships with 64GB DDR4 RAM and a 2TB SATA SSD, plus Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed.

Step up from integrated graphics

This system replaces a basic office machine or an older tower that relies on integrated graphics. The discrete RTX 3050 adds DirectX 12 support and G-SYNC compatibility for smoother gameplay at 1080p. The jump is worth it when you need dedicated video memory and modern display outputs without moving to a larger chassis.

Suits small-space 1080p gaming

Buyers who want a compact desktop for 1080p gaming and multitasking will fit this into tight setups. The 750W power supply and RGB air cooler handle the included parts. Builders who need more storage bays, a second graphics card, or a newer Windows licence should look at something else.

Questions about this item

What case clearance does the Mini ITX 14.25 x 7.25 x 10.25 inch chassis need?

The Mini ITX chassis measures 14.25 inches wide, 7.25 inches deep and 10.25 inches high, so allow at least that much shelf space plus room for rear cables.

Which screw secures the 2TB SATA SSD in the M.2 slot during installation?

The M.2 slot uses a single retention screw; insert the SSD at an angle, press flat and tighten that screw to lock it in place.

When should the 750W power supply be replaced in this build?

A 750W unit typically lasts five to seven years; swap it if you hear coil whine, random shutdowns or plan a GPU upgrade beyond the RTX 3050.
