Compact Ryzen 5 5600X gaming desktop

The Velztorm Minixa is a Mini ITX system built around a 6-core Ryzen 5 5600X processor and an RTX 3060 Ti graphics card with 8GB GDDR6 memory. It targets gamers who want a small-footprint Windows 10 Pro machine ready for 1080p and 1440p play. The 32GB DDR4 memory and 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD provide a responsive baseline for modern titles and multitasking.

Sustained-load behaviour

A 750W power supply feeds the CPU and GPU during extended sessions while an RGB air cooler manages the Ryzen 5 5600X thermals. The Mini ITX chassis limits internal airflow compared with larger towers, so component temperatures will stabilise at higher levels under continuous load. Wi-Fi 6 AX200 and Bluetooth 5.2 maintain wireless links without adding heat inside the case.

Mini ITX build quality and daily connectivity

The black Mini ITX case measures 14.25 IN x 7.25 IN x 10.25 IN and weighs 15.7lb, making it portable enough for LAN events yet sturdy for a permanent desk spot. Rear I/O includes HDMI, DisplayPort, USB 3.2 Type-C Gen2, multiple USB 3.0 and 3.1 Type-A ports, Gigabit Ethernet and a headset jack. Buyers who need more storage bays or additional expansion slots will find the compact layout restrictive.

Questions about this item

How loud and hot does the 750W power supply and RGB air cooler get when the Ryzen 5 5600X and RTX 3060 Ti run all day?

The 750W PSU feeds both the 6-core Ryzen 5 5600X and the RTX 3060 Ti 8GB GDDR6; the included RGB air cooler handles the CPU thermal load while the GPU uses its own fans, so sustained noise stays at typical mid-tower levels.

What must I already own to start using this Mini ITX system since it ships with no display?

You need a monitor with HDMI or DisplayPort input, plus a keyboard and mouse for the USB 3.0 Type-A or USB 3.2 Type-C Gen2 ports; Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed and Wi-Fi 6 AX200 plus Bluetooth 5.2 are built in.

Will my older USB 3.0 peripherals and 1080p monitor work with the RTX 3060 Ti and the front USB 3.2 Type-C Gen2 port?

Yes — the RTX 3060 Ti outputs HDMI and DisplayPort for any 1080p screen, and the four USB 3.0 Type-A ports plus the USB 3.2 Type-C Gen2 port are backward compatible with USB 3.0 devices.
