Velztorm Natalix SFF Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Natalix is a small-form-factor gaming desktop built around an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X eight-core processor and a GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card. It ships with 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD running Windows 11 Pro. The system targets players who want a compact tower for 1080p gaming and everyday multitasking. Buyers who need more storage bays or a larger graphics card should look at mid-tower alternatives.

Sustained Load Behaviour

A 750W power supply feeds the CPU and GPU while a 240mm AIO liquid cooler handles the Ryzen 7 5800X under prolonged workloads. The 8-core processor operates at a 3.8GHz base clock and can boost to 4.7GHz when thermal headroom allows. The RTX 3050 uses a triple-fan WINDFORCE cooler to maintain GPU clocks during extended sessions. The compact chassis limits total airflow compared with larger cases.

Connectivity Limits Of PCIe 4.0 And USB 3.2 Gen2

The RTX 3050 connects via PCIe 4.0 x16, providing full bandwidth for the 8GB GDDR6 frame buffer. Front and rear I/O include USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C, USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A and Type-C, plus HDMI and DisplayPort outputs. Wireless uses 802.11ax with Bluetooth 5.2, while wired LAN is standard Gigabit Ethernet. The SFF layout offers no internal expansion slots beyond the factory configuration.

Questions about this item

How loud and hot does the 240mm AIO liquid CPU cooler keep the Ryzen 7 5800X during long sessions?

The 240mm AIO liquid CPU cooler handles the 8-core 5800X heat output in the SFF chassis, keeping temperatures lower than air coolers while running quieter under sustained load.

What display cable and monitor input do I need for the RTX 3050?

The RTX 3050 provides one HDMI and one DisplayPort output, so a monitor with either input and the matching cable is all that is required.

Will my older USB 3.0 Type-A peripherals work with the front and rear ports?

Yes, the system includes one USB 3.0 Type-A port plus four USB 3.2 Gen1 ports, all backward compatible with USB 3.0 devices.
