Compact Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Natalix is a small form factor gaming desktop built around an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-core processor and a GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics card. It targets players who want high frame rates in a chassis that fits on a crowded desk. The system ships with Windows 11 Home, 16GB DDR4 memory and a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD.

PCIe 4.0 GPU Interface

The graphics card connects through a PCIe 4.0 link, so its 8GB GDDR6 frame buffer moves data at the full lane speed the GPU expects. USB 3.2 Gen2 and USB 3.1 Type-C ports provide 10 Gbit/s external bandwidth, while 802.11ax Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.2 handle wireless traffic. The 750W power supply sets the ceiling for total system draw.

2TB NVMe Storage Headroom

The 2TB NVMe drive holds a large modern library with room for captures and mods, and the board supports upgrades to 4TB if the collection grows. Sixteen gigabytes of DDR4 handles today's titles at high settings, and the platform accepts up to 64GB for heavier multitasking. The 240mm AIO cooler keeps the 8-core CPU stable under sustained loads.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 16GB DDR4 configuration or upgrade to 32GB or 64GB DDR4 for this Natalix build?

The base unit ships with 16GB DDR4; 32GB and 64GB DDR4 options are available if you run memory-heavy workloads or want extra headroom for future titles.

What does the Ryzen 7 5800X 3.8 GHz base and 4.7 GHz boost mean for everyday gaming performance in this system?

Eight cores and sixteen threads at those clocks deliver strong single-thread speed for high frame rates and enough multi-thread muscle for streaming or background tasks.

How does the PCIe 4.0 interface on the RTX 3060 Ti 8GB GDDR6 affect real-world throughput in this Mini ITX chassis?

The card runs at PCIe 4.0 x16, removing bandwidth bottlenecks so the GPU can feed its 8GB GDDR6 at full rate for 1440p gaming and VR workloads.
