Velztorm Nix Snow White Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Nix is a white gaming desktop built around a 6-core AMD Ryzen 5 5600X processor clocked at 3.70 GHz with a 4.6 GHz boost. It includes 16GB of DDR4 memory, a 1TB PCIe NVMe solid-state drive, and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti graphics card with 4GB GDDR5. A 750W power supply and air cooling support the components, and Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed.

Suits 1080p entry gaming; not for high refresh or 4K

This system suits buyers who want a ready-to-use white desktop for 1080p gaming at modest settings, general productivity, and media playback. The GTX 1050 Ti and 16GB DDR4 combination handles esports titles and older games well. Buyers who need high refresh rates at 1440p, 4K output, or ray-traced effects should look at configurations with a more powerful graphics card and larger video memory.

GTX 1050 Ti 4GB GDDR5 graphics card

The installed NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti provides 4GB of GDDR5 memory on a PCIe 3.0 x16 interface with DirectX 12 support. This single specification defines the gaming performance ceiling: it delivers playable frame rates in lightweight titles at 1080p but cannot drive demanding modern games at high settings or resolutions. Verify that your target games fall within this capability before purchasing.

Questions about this item

Will the air cooler need a fan swap or thermal-paste refresh down the line?

The CPU ships with an air cooler; plan to clean dust from its heatsink and replace thermal paste every few years for stable temperatures.

What limits the GTX 1050Ti 4GB GDDR5 during long sessions?

The 4 GB GDDR5 frame buffer fills first in modern titles, forcing texture-quality drops before the GPU core hits its ceiling.

How loud and hot does the 750 W supply get when the system runs all day?

The 750 W unit powers the 6-core Ryzen 5 5600X and GTX 1050Ti with headroom, so its fan typically stays at low RPM and exhaust air stays warm but not extreme.
