Velztorm Nix Snow White Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Nix Snow White is a pre-built gaming desktop built around a 6-core AMD Ryzen 5 5600X processor and a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card. It ships with 32GB of DDR4 memory and a 1TB SATA SSD running Windows 10 Home. The system is finished in a white chassis with an air-cooled CPU cooler.

750W power supply and port selection

A 750W power supply delivers power to the components while the rear I/O provides three USB 3.0 Type-A ports, one USB 3.2 Gen1 port, four USB 2.0 ports, a USB 3.2 Type-C Gen1 port, one HDMI output, and separate microphone and headphone jacks. Wired Ethernet is included but there is no wireless or Bluetooth capability.

1TB SATA SSD and 16GB GDDR6 graphics memory

The 1TB SATA SSD holds the operating system and a modest game library, while the Radeon RX 6900 XT brings 16GB of GDDR6 video memory for high-resolution textures. Builders who want more storage capacity or a second graphics card will need to look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the 750W power supply need upgrading if I add more storage or a second GPU?

The 750W unit powers the Ryzen 5 5600X and Radeon RX 6900 XT as shipped. Adding drives or a second GPU increases total draw and may exceed the supply's capacity.

What thermal limit appears first when the Radeon RX 6900 XT runs at full load for hours?

The GPU's 16GB GDDR6 and core hit their temperature targets before the CPU, so the graphics card's boost clock will throttle first under sustained load.

How loud does the air cooler get when the system runs all day?

The stock air cooler spins faster as the Ryzen 5 5600X reaches 4.6 GHz, producing noticeable fan noise during extended gaming sessions.
