Core specification

This desktop is built around the AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, a 6-core processor with a 3.70 GHz base clock and 4.6 GHz max boost. The 32 MB L3 cache supports responsive performance in games and multitasking workloads. A 750 W power supply provides headroom for the installed components.

Use case fit

The system suits gamers targeting 1080p play on a GeForce RTX 3050 with 8 GB GDDR6 memory and DirectX 12 support. Buyers who need wireless connectivity or a higher-tier graphics card for 1440p gaming will need a different configuration.

Deciding specification

The 2 TB SATA SSD defines the storage capacity and interface available out of the box. No additional drive is included, so the single SATA solid-state drive determines the total space for games and applications.

Questions about this item

How is the AMD Ryzen 5 5600X installed, and which step is often missed?

The processor drops into the AM4 socket after lifting the retention arm; the step many miss is peeling the protective film from the pre-applied thermal paste on the stock cooler before locking it down.

What maintenance or replacement will the 2TB SATA SSD need later?

The drive has no moving parts, so only firmware updates via Windows are required; replacement is only necessary if SMART data reports worn cells or capacity runs out.

What limit appears first on the GeForce RTX 3050 during sustained gaming?

The 8GB GDDR6 frame buffer fills at 1440p ultra settings, forcing texture streaming drops before the 750W power supply or the air cooler hit their thermal ceilings.
