Ready-to-game desktop

This system pairs a six-core Ryzen 5 5600X processor with a GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card. It ships with 32GB of DDR4 memory and a 4TB PCIe SSD for storage. Windows 10 Home is pre-installed so the machine is usable straight away.

PCIe 4.0 GPU on a PCIe 3.0 platform

The RTX 3050 connects through a PCIe 4.0 x8 interface while the Ryzen 5000 series CPU provides PCIe 3.0 lanes. The card will operate at the lower generation speed, which slightly reduces peak bandwidth. For 1080p gaming the practical impact is small, but bandwidth-heavy workloads will not reach the card’s theoretical maximum.

Replaces entry-level builds

Compared with a system using integrated graphics or a lower-tier discrete card, the RTX 3050 adds dedicated GDDR6 video memory and DirectX 12 support. The 32GB DDR4 kit removes the need for an immediate RAM upgrade. The jump is worth it when you want 1080p gaming headroom and multitasking capacity without building from parts.

Questions about this item

Which Velztorm Nix configuration should I choose?

This model ships with a Ryzen 5 5600X 6-core processor, 32GB DDR4 memory, a GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card with 8GB GDDR6, and a 4TB PCIe NVMe SSD in a white chassis.

What does the 4.6 GHz boost clock mean in daily use?

The processor runs at a 3.70 GHz base and can reach 4.6 GHz on demanding tasks, giving responsive frame rates in 1080p gaming and quick application launches.

What does the PCIe 4.0 interface on the RTX 3050 cap in practice?

The card uses a PCIe 4.0 x8 link, so bandwidth is limited to Gen 4 x8 speeds; it still delivers full DirectX 12 and G-SYNC support for 1080p play.
