Ready-to-game desktop

The Velztorm Nix arrives as a complete gaming desktop PC with Windows 11 Pro installed. A 6-core Ryzen 5 5600X processor reaches 4.6 GHz boost clocks with 32MB cache. The GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics card brings 16GB GDDR7 memory, 8960 CUDA cores and a 2.45 GHz boost clock. 32GB DDR4 system memory and a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD round out the core specification.

Build integration

The 750W power supply drives the CPU and GPU without extra cables. Wired networking runs through the RJ-45 port; wireless and Bluetooth are not fitted. Video output uses the HDMI connection on the graphics card. Front-panel I/O provides three USB 3.0 Type-A ports, four USB 2.0 ports and separate headphone and microphone jacks. The Snow White chassis measures 8.75 IN wide, 15.75 IN deep and 17.5 IN high.

Upgrade context

This system replaces an older pre-built or custom rig that lacks a modern 6-core processor, 16GB GDDR7 graphics memory or PCIe 5.0 GPU interface. The jump is worthwhile when the current machine cannot deliver the frame rates or memory bandwidth these components provide. Buyers who need integrated Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or additional internal drive bays should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How many threads does the Ryzen 5 5600X provide for sustained multitasking?

The 5600X has 12 threads across its 6 cores, so heavy workloads can keep all threads busy without hitting a core-count ceiling.

What is the RTX 5070 Ti boost clock and memory bandwidth when the card runs continuously?

The GPU boosts to 2.45 GHz and delivers 896 GB/sec across its 16 GB GDDR7 frame buffer.

Does the desktop include Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, or must I supply my own wireless adapter?

The spec lists no WLAN and no Bluetooth, so a separate USB or PCIe wireless card is required for wireless connectivity.
