Velztorm Nix Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Nix is a pre-built gaming desktop finished in a Snow White chassis. It ships with Windows 10 Home and a 750W power supply driving an air-cooled AMD Ryzen 5 5600X processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card with 8GB GDDR6 memory.

Ideal for 1440p gaming.

This system suits players who want strong 1440p frame rates in current titles using the RTX 3070 and 32GB of DDR4 memory. Builders who need more storage than a single 512GB SATA SSD provides, or who require integrated Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity, should look at other configurations.

512GB SATA SSD and 32GB DDR4 headroom

The 512GB SATA SSD holds the operating system and a modest game library before space runs out. The 32GB DDR4 capacity handles modern games and background tasks comfortably, while the four DIMM slots allow expansion up to 128GB if workloads demand more memory later.

Questions about this item

Does the Velztorm Nix include a monitor or do I need to supply my own display?

No screen is included with this desktop, so you will need to provide your own monitor or TV with an HDMI input.

Can I keep using my older USB 2.0 keyboard and mouse with the USB 3.0 and USB 3.2 ports on this PC?

Yes, the three USB 3.0 Type-A ports, the USB 3.2 Gen1 port and the USB 3.2 Type-C Gen1 port are backward compatible with USB 2.0 devices.

How can I verify the RTX 3070 is running at PCIe 4.0 x16 after I set up the Velztorm Nix?

Open GPU-Z or the NVIDIA Control Panel and check the Bus Interface field; it should read PCIe 4.0 x16 when the card is under 3D load.
