White desktop for 1440p gaming

The Velztorm Nix Snow White is a pre-built gaming desktop finished in white. It pairs a 6-core Ryzen 5 5600X processor with a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card carrying 16GB GDDR6. The system includes 32GB DDR4 memory and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD. A 750W power supply and air cooling support the components under Windows 10 Home.

Upgrade from entry 1080p builds

This configuration replaces a basic 1080p machine when the goal is higher resolution or refresh rate. The jump is worth it when the monitor runs at 1440p and the title benefits from 16GB GDDR6 and DirectX 12 Ultimate support. Buyers who want more storage than the single 1TB drive should plan an additional SSD or HDD.

PCIe Gen 3 platform ceiling

The Ryzen 5000 platform tops out at PCIe 3.0 for both the graphics slot and the M.2 socket. The RX 6900 XT runs at x16 3.0 speeds, and the NVMe SSD is limited to 3.0 throughput. No USB 3.2 Gen 2 or 2x2 ports are present, so external NVMe enclosures will not reach their rated peak.
