Snow White Desktop Gaming PC

The Velztorm Nix Snow White is a pre-built gaming desktop finished in white. It ships with a 6-core AMD Ryzen 5 5600X processor, 32GB DDR4 memory, a 2TB SATA SSD and a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card with 16GB GDDR6. Windows 10 Pro is installed and a 750W power supply drives the system. Air cooling handles the CPU thermal load.

Upgrade From Older Ryzen Or Smaller Storage

Builders moving from a 4-core Ryzen or a system limited to 16GB RAM and a 512GB drive will notice the jump to 6 cores, 32GB memory and 2TB capacity. The RX 6900 XT replaces mid-range cards such as the RX 5600 XT for 4K gaming headroom. The step is worth it when current hardware bottlenecks frame rates or forces texture compromises.

Sustained Load Behaviour With Air Cooling

Under extended gaming sessions the 750W unit delivers stable power to the CPU and GPU while the air cooler manages the 5600X heat output. The 16GB GDDR6 buffer on the graphics card absorbs large texture streams without swapping to the SATA SSD. DDR4 system memory runs at rated speed without throttling during long compiles or render queues.

Questions about this item

What case clearance does the air-cooled Ryzen 5 5600X need inside the Nix chassis?

The system ships with an air-cooling CPU cooler; verify your case allows standard tower-height coolers and has at least one rear exhaust fan for the 750W supply.

How do I seat the Radeon RX 6900 XT into the motherboard, and what step is often missed?

Insert the card fully until the PCIe latch clicks, then attach both 8-pin power cables from the 750W unit; the missed step is forgetting the second power connector.

When should I plan to replace the 2 TB SATA SSD in this desktop?

SATA SSDs typically last several years; monitor SMART health in Windows 10 Pro and replace the drive once reallocated-sector counts rise or write speeds drop noticeably.
