Velztorm Nix Snow White desktop

This Velztorm Nix desktop arrives in a Snow White finish with a 6-core AMD Ryzen 5 5600X processor, 64GB DDR4 memory and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti with 8GB GDDR6 handles 1080p and 1440p gaming. Windows 10 Home is pre-installed and a Windows 11 Pro upgrade path is noted.

750W supply with air cooling

A 750W power supply feeds the CPU, GPU, memory and storage under a single air-cooled CPU cooler. The 6-core Ryzen 5 5600X runs at 3.70GHz base with a 4.6GHz boost while the RTX 3060 Ti draws power through the same rail. Typical gaming loads stay within the unit's rated output without auxiliary liquid loops.

Front-panel USB 3.2 Type-C and HDMI

The chassis front provides one USB 3.2 Type-C Gen1 port, one USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A, three USB 3.0 Type-A and four USB 2.0 ports plus separate microphone and headphone jacks. A single HDMI output connects the RTX 3060 Ti to a display. Ethernet LAN (RJ-45) is the only wired network interface; no Wi-Fi or Bluetooth hardware is included.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 64GB DDR4 memory and what step do people get wrong?

The 64GB DDR4 DIMMs slot into the motherboard's memory channels; the step people get wrong is not seating both modules fully until the retention clips click on each side.

What maintenance or replacement will the 750W power supply need later?

The 750W unit's internal fan bearings and electrolytic capacitors age with heat cycles; plan to replace the PSU after several years of heavy gaming loads.

What limit shows up first on the RTX 3060 Ti 8GB GDDR6 under sustained use?

The 8GB GDDR6 frame buffer fills first in modern titles at high texture settings, forcing texture streaming and lowering 1% low frame rates.
