Core specification

The Velztorm Novux is a new gaming desktop built around a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-12600K processor with 10 cores and 16 threads. It pairs that CPU with a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card carrying 16GB GDDR6 memory and 32GB DDR5 4800MHz system memory. A 2TB SATA SSD provides the primary storage and Windows 10 Home comes pre-installed.

Who this suits and who it does not

This system suits players who want high frame rates at 1440p or 4K and creators who need 32GB DDR5 for multitasking. Buyers who want more storage than a single 2TB SATA drive or who need Bluetooth connectivity should look elsewhere. The 802.11n wireless adapter also limits anyone requiring modern Wi-Fi speeds.

Sustained-load behaviour

A 240mm AIO liquid cooler handles the CPU during extended sessions while the 750W power supply feeds the whole platform. The Radeon RX 6900 XT supports DirectX 12 Ultimate and AMD FreeSync for consistent output under load. RGB fans add airflow across the white chassis during long gaming periods.
