System overview

The Velztorm Novux is a white gaming desktop built around a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-12600K processor with ten cores and sixteen threads. It pairs that CPU with 16GB of DDR5 memory running at 4800MHz and a 1TB SATA solid-state drive. A 750W power supply drives the system, which ships with Windows 10 Home and a 240mm liquid CPU cooler.

Who it suits

This PC fits buyers who want a modern multi-threaded processor and fast DDR5 memory for productivity or multitasking alongside entry-level 1080p gaming. It is not for buyers who need Bluetooth connectivity or a higher-tier graphics card for demanding 3D workloads. The 802.11n wireless adapter provides basic network access without newer Wi-Fi standards.

Deciding specification

The installed NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti with 4GB of GDDR5 memory determines the gaming ceiling. It handles DirectX 12 titles at 1080p with reduced settings but will not deliver playable frame rates in modern AAA games at higher resolutions or detail levels. If that performance target matches your needs, the rest of the configuration supports it well.

Questions about this item

What case clearance does the 240mm AIO liquid CPU cooler need?

The 240mm AIO liquid CPU cooler mounts inside the white desktop chassis measuring 8.5 IN x 17.5 IN x 18.7 IN; verify your space matches these dimensions before ordering.

How is the 16GB DDR5 4800MHz memory installed, and what step do builders often miss?

Seat each DDR5 DIMM fully until the retention clips click; the common mistake is stopping at the first notch instead of pressing until both clips lock.

When will the 750W power supply or 1TB SATA SSD need replacement?

The 750W power supply and 1TB SATA SSD are rated for several years of typical gaming use; monitor for unusual noise or capacity loss and replace if either shows degradation.
