System overview

The Velztorm Novux is a white desktop gaming PC built around a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-12600K processor with 10 cores and 16 threads. It pairs that CPU with an NVIDIA RTX 3070 graphics card carrying 8GB GDDR6 memory. The system includes 32GB of DDR5 RAM and a 2TB SATA SSD for storage. A 750W power supply and a 240mm AIO liquid cooler support the components.

Who it suits

This PC fits buyers who want a ready-to-use Windows 10 Pro machine for gaming and content creation at high settings. The DDR5 memory and 10-core processor also serve multitasking workloads and streaming. Builders who prefer to choose their own cooler, case or power supply should look at a barebones kit or individual components instead.

Deciding specification

The storage uses a 2TB SATA SSD, which connects through standard SATA data and power cables rather than a PCIe interface. If your workflow needs the higher sequential speeds of a PCIe-attached drive, this configuration will not meet that requirement.

Questions about this item

What PCIe generation does the RTX 3070 use and what bandwidth limit does that set?

The RTX 3070 runs on PCIe 4.0 x16, capping the graphics link at the 4.0 generation's maximum throughput.

What physical clearance does the 240 mm AIO liquid cooler require inside the case?

The 240 mm radiator and fans need a 240 mm mounting area at the top or front of the chassis; measure the available space before ordering.
