White liquid-cooled desktop

The Velztorm Novux is a new gaming desktop finished in white and cooled by a 240mm AIO liquid cooler. It pairs a 10-core Intel Core i5-12600K processor with a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card, 32GB of DDR5 memory and a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD. Windows 10 Home comes pre-installed.

Suits 1440p and 4K gaming builds.

The configuration targets players who want high frame rates at 1440p or 4K resolution using the Radeon RX 6900 XT and 32GB DDR5 memory. Connectivity includes 802.11n Wi-Fi and wired Ethernet, but there is no Bluetooth support. Buyers who require Bluetooth peripherals should look at something else.

Radeon RX 6900 XT with 16GB GDDR6 decides fit

The graphics card provides 16GB of GDDR6 video memory and supports DirectX 12 Ultimate, AMD FreeSync and Radeon Anti-lag. That VRAM capacity and feature set determine whether the system can handle the texture loads and resolution targets of a given game library.

Questions about this item

Does the Velztorm Novux include a display or must I supply my own monitor?

The system ships without a screen, so you will need to provide a monitor that accepts HDMI or DisplayPort input from the Radeon RX 6900 XT.

Will my existing USB 2.0 peripherals work with the Novux front and rear ports?

Yes, the chassis provides six USB 2.0 ports alongside USB 3.0 Type-A, USB 3.2 Gen1 and USB 3.2 Type-C Gen2, so legacy keyboards, mice and drives remain compatible.

How can I verify the liquid CPU cooler is operating after first boot?

Check that the 240 mm AIO pump and RGB fans are spinning, then confirm CPU temperatures stay near the 3.70 GHz base clock under load in Windows 10 Home.
