White liquid-cooled gaming desktop

This Velztorm Novux desktop combines a 10-core i5-12600K processor with a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card, 64GB of DDR5 memory and a 1TB SATA SSD. A 240mm AIO liquid cooler and 750W power supply support the white chassis. Windows 10 Home is pre-installed.

Best for high-refresh 1440p gaming

The 16GB GDDR6 GPU and 64GB DDR5 capacity suit players who want strong rasterisation performance and headroom for streaming or content creation. Buyers who need more storage than a single 1TB SATA drive provides should look elsewhere.

64GB DDR5 4800MHz memory capacity

The system ships with 64GB of DDR5 DIMM memory running at 4800MHz, a figure that determines whether the platform meets the bandwidth needs of memory-intensive applications and heavy multitasking scenarios.

Questions about this item

Does the PCIe 3.0 x16 slot limit the RX 6900 XT bandwidth in this build?

The Radeon RX 6900 XT runs on a PCIe 3.0 x16 link, so the practical ceiling is the 3.0 lane speed rather than the newer 4.0 or 5.0 rates.

What clearance does the 240 mm AIO liquid cooler require inside the case?

The 240 mm AIO liquid CPU cooler needs a 240 mm radiator mounting area and enough room for the pump block on the Intel Core i5-12600K socket.

Which steps are required to seat the 64 GB DDR5 memory correctly on this motherboard?

Align each DDR5 DIMM notch with the slot key, press down firmly until both retention clips click, and populate the slots the board manual specifies for dual-channel operation.
