Velztorm Orix i9-12900K desktop

The Velztorm Orix is a new gaming desktop built around an Intel Core i9-12900K processor with 16 cores and 24 threads. It ships with 32GB of DDR5 memory and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD. A GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics card with 8GB GDDR6 handles visual output. The system includes an 850W power supply, a 360mm AIO liquid CPU cooler with RGB lighting, and Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.

Suits high-refresh 1440p gaming; not for 4K ultra

This configuration suits players targeting high frame rates at 1440p resolution in current titles. The 16-core CPU also supports streaming and content creation workflows. Buyers who want more storage than the single 1TB drive provides should look elsewhere. The 8GB GPU frame buffer limits 4K ultra texture settings in demanding games.

32GB DDR5 4800MHz memory capacity

The platform provides 32GB of DDR5 DIMM memory operating at 4800MHz. This capacity and speed combination supports the 12th Gen Intel architecture without requiring an immediate upgrade. The installed kit occupies the available DIMM slots for this build. Any future expansion would require replacing the existing modules.
