System overview

The Velztorm Orix is a pre-built gaming desktop built around a 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900K processor with 16 cores and 24 threads. It includes a GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card with 8GB GDDR6 memory, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD. Windows 10 Home 64-bit is installed.

Compatibility check

Verify that your monitor offers an HDMI or DisplayPort input to match the graphics card outputs. Ensure your network environment can use the 2.5Gbps RJ-45 port or the 802.11 a/b/n/ac/ax wireless adapter. Confirm the 850W power supply meets the electrical capacity of your outlet and region.

Sustained load behaviour

A 360mm AIO liquid cooler manages CPU heat during extended sessions, while the 850W unit delivers stable power to the i9-12900K and RTX 3070. The DDR5 memory runs at 4800MHz to maintain throughput for long renders or streams. RGB lighting on the cooler operates independently of thermal performance.
