Velztorm Orix i9-12900K desktop

The Velztorm Orix is a gaming desktop built around a 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900K processor with 16 cores and 24 threads. It ships with Windows 10 Home and includes a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card. The system targets enthusiasts who want high frame rates at 1440p or 4K without building their own rig.

16GB DDR5 and 4TB PCIe SSD

Sixteen gigabytes of DDR5 memory at 4800MHz feeds the CPU and GPU for modern titles and multitasking. A 4TB PCIe NVMe SSD holds a large game library and media files while keeping load times short. The 850W power supply and 360mm AIO liquid cooler support sustained heavy workloads.

16GB VRAM headroom and connectivity limits

The RX 6900 XT provides 16GB of GDDR6 memory, giving comfortable headroom for high-resolution textures and ray-traced effects in current games. Storage capacity is fixed at 4TB with no secondary drive bays mentioned, so buyers who want more storage must rely on external solutions. Memory is not user-upgradable beyond the installed 16GB.

Questions about this item

How often should the 360mm AIO liquid CPU cooler be checked or refilled?

The 360mm AIO liquid CPU cooler is a sealed unit that does not require refilling. Periodic dust removal from the radiator fans helps maintain cooling performance for the i9-12900K.

What thermal limit will the Radeon RX 6900 XT hit first during long gaming sessions?

The Radeon RX 6900 XT with 16GB GDDR6 will typically reach its GPU temperature target before power or voltage limits under sustained load.

How much power does the 850W supply draw when the system runs all day?

The 850W power supply delivers up to 850 watts to components; actual draw depends on workload but the unit is rated to handle the i9-12900K and RX 6900 XT together.
