Velztorm Pilum Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Pilum is a pre-built gaming desktop assembled with an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X eight-core processor, 64GB of DDR4 memory, and a 2TB NVMe SSD paired with a 6TB hard drive. It runs Windows 10 Pro and uses a 750W power supply to drive an NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti graphics card with 4GB of GDDR5 video memory. The chassis includes RGB lighting and a 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler in a black finish.

Suited for multi-threaded workloads

This configuration suits users who need high core counts and large memory capacity for content creation, virtualisation, or heavy multitasking alongside a sizable game library. The fast NVMe boot drive and high-capacity hard drive provide both speed and bulk storage in one system. Buyers who require modern ray-tracing hardware, higher frame rates at 1440p or 4K resolution, or newer DisplayPort and HDMI standards should look at systems with more recent graphics architectures.

GTX 1050 Ti 4GB GDDR5 graphics card

The installed GTX 1050 Ti delivers 4GB of GDDR5 video memory and supports DirectX 12, making it viable for 1080p gaming at modest settings and general GPU compute tasks. It provides one HDMI and one DisplayPort output for dual-monitor setups. This card is the limiting factor for high-refresh-rate competitive play or modern AAA titles at ultra settings, so verify that its performance envelope matches your target applications before purchase.
