System purpose

The Velztorm Pilum desktop combines a Ryzen 7 3700X eight-core processor with 32GB of DDR4 memory, a 1TB NVMe SSD, a 6TB hard drive and a GTX 1050 Ti graphics card. It ships with Windows 10 Pro and targets users who need multi-threaded CPU performance and large local storage for content libraries or project files.

Sustained workload behaviour

The 750W power supply and a 120mm AIO liquid cooler support the 3700X at its 4.4GHz boost clock during extended rendering or compilation sessions. The GTX 1050 Ti with 4GB GDDR5 remains the limiting factor for prolonged 3D tasks, while the NVMe drive maintains write throughput for large sequential transfers.

Interface practical limits

The platform provides USB 3.1 Gen1 Type-C, five USB 3.0 Type-A ports and four USB 2.0 ports for peripheral bandwidth up to 5Gbps on the fastest connections. Network access relies on 802.11n Wi-Fi or wired Ethernet; Bluetooth is not included. Video output uses HDMI and DisplayPort from the graphics card.

Questions about this item

How loud and hot does the 750 W power supply and 120 mm AIO liquid CPU cooler run during all-day gaming?

The 750 W supply feeds an 8-core Ryzen 7 3700X and a GTX 1050 Ti; the 120 mm AIO liquid cooler keeps the processor near its 3.6–4.4 GHz range without spinning loud fans.

What display cable must I already own to connect a monitor to the GTX 1050 Ti?

The graphics card provides one HDMI and one DisplayPort output; have a matching cable ready for your screen.

Will my older USB 2.0 keyboard and mouse work with the front and rear ports on this desktop?

Yes — the chassis includes four USB 2.0 ports alongside five USB 3.0 and one USB 3.1 Type-C port for legacy peripherals.
