Velztorm Septex CTO Gaming Desktop

This Velztorm Septex CTO is a complete gaming desktop built around a Ryzen 7 7700X eight-core processor and a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card with 16GB GDDR6 memory. The system ships with 32GB DDR5 RAM, a 4TB PCIe NVMe SSD, a 360mm AIO liquid CPU cooler and a 1000W power supply. Windows 10 Home 64-bit is pre-installed and WiFi 6 plus Bluetooth 5.2 are integrated.

Upgrading from an older pre-built or custom rig

The jump is worthwhile when your current machine cannot feed a 16GB GDDR6 GPU with fast DDR5 memory and NVMe storage, or when you need the 8-core 16-thread Ryzen 7 7700X for heavy multitasking and modern titles. Builders already running a comparable 8-core CPU and a 16GB GDDR6 card will see less relative gain and should weigh the cost against their workload.

Check your workspace and peripherals before ordering

The chassis is a full-size desktop tower in black with RGB lighting on the 360mm AIO cooler, so confirm you have desk or floor space for a standard ATX footprint. No monitor is included; ensure you have a display with HDMI or DisplayPort input. Verify that your mains outlet can supply a 1000W unit and that you do not require an optical drive, as none is fitted.
