Built for high-refresh 1440p gaming

The Velztorm Septex desktop pairs an 8-core Ryzen 7 7700X with a GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB GDDR6 card. 128GB DDR5 and a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD provide ample memory and fast storage for modern titles. Windows 11 Home ships pre-installed on the black tower.

Graphics card VRAM decides 1440p texture headroom

The RTX 3060 Ti carries 8GB GDDR6 on a PCIe 4.0 link. That frame buffer is the single limit for ultra texture packs at 1440p; heavier 4K workloads will exhaust it before the GPU core saturates. Buyers who want more VRAM for 4K ultra settings should look elsewhere.

360 mm AIO keeps the 7700X stable under long

The RGB liquid cooler moves heat from the 8-core CPU during extended compiles or marathon gaming. Sustained clocks hold near the 5.4 GHz boost ceiling without thermal throttling. The 1000 W supply delivers clean power to both CPU and GPU throughout heavy loads.

Questions about this item

What does the 5.4GHz boost clock mean for actual workloads?

The Ryzen 7 7700X can reach 5.4GHz on single-threaded bursts, giving snappy response in games and light apps; sustained all-core speeds will settle lower depending on the 360mm AIO cooling headroom.

How does the PCIe 4.0 link affect the RTX 3060 Ti 8GB?

The graphics card runs on a PCIe 4.0 x16 connection, so the 8GB GDDR6 frame buffer sees full bandwidth with no link bottleneck at 1440p or 4K settings.

What clearance does the 360mm AIO liquid cooler need inside the chassis?

The 360mm radiator with three fans mounts in a front or top position that accepts a 360mm radiator; check the case manual for radiator support and motherboard VRM clearance.
