Velztorm Septex CTO Gaming Desktop

This Velztorm Septex desktop pairs an AMD Ryzen 7 7700X processor with a GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics card. The eight-core CPU reaches 5.4 GHz boost clocks for responsive gaming and multitasking. Sixteen gigabytes of DDR5 memory and a one-terabyte PCIe NVMe SSD provide fast load times. The system ships with Windows 11 Home pre-installed.

Sustained gaming workloads and multitasking

The 360 mm AIO liquid cooler keeps the Ryzen 7 7700X at stable temperatures during extended sessions. The 1000 watt power supply delivers consistent headroom for the RTX 3060 Ti and other components under continuous load. DDR5 bandwidth supports smooth frame rates when streaming or running background applications. PCIe 4.0 storage maintains throughput during large file transfers.

Thermals noise and power in daily use

Liquid cooling reduces fan noise compared with air solutions while handling the CPU thermal output. The 1000 watt unit operates efficiently at typical gaming power draws. WiFi 6 MT7921 and Bluetooth 5.2 provide wireless connectivity without extra adapters. Front-panel USB 3.2 Type-C and multiple Type-A ports accommodate peripherals without hubs.

Questions about this item

How loud and hot does the 360mm AIO liquid CPU cooler keep the Ryzen 7 7700X when the system runs all day?

The 360mm AIO liquid CPU cooler is designed to handle the Ryzen 7 7700X heat output during extended use, maintaining lower temperatures than air coolers while the radiator fans adjust speed to balance noise and cooling.

What display cable and monitor input do I need to connect the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti to my existing screen?

The graphics card provides one HDMI and one DisplayPort output, so you will need a monitor with a matching HDMI or DisplayPort input and the corresponding cable.

Will my older USB 2.0 peripherals work with the front and rear ports on this desktop?

Yes, the system includes four USB 2.0 Type-A ports that are fully backward compatible with USB 2.0 devices such as keyboards, mice and legacy drives.
