Septex desktop with Ryzen 7 7700X

This Velztorm Septex desktop pairs an eight-core Ryzen 7 7700X processor with a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card. The system ships with 128GB of DDR5 memory and a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD. A 360mm AIO liquid cooler and a 1000W power supply support the high-performance components. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed.

Upgrade from lower memory or graphics tiers

Builders moving up from 16GB or 32GB DDR5 configurations gain headroom for heavy multitasking and content creation workloads. The jump to the RX 6900 XT with 16GB GDDR6 is worthwhile when 1440p or 4K gaming performance is the priority over entry-level 1080p play. The 1000W unit supplies stable power for this combination.

128GB DDR5 and 2TB NVMe capacity

The 128GB DDR5 kit comfortably handles large project files, virtual machines and simultaneous creative applications without paging. The 2TB NVMe SSD holds an extensive game library and working datasets with fast load times. Storage runs out when multiple 100GB+ titles and raw media archives accumulate beyond the single drive. Connectivity includes WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2.

Questions about this item

What case clearance does the 360mm AIO liquid cooler require?

The 360mm AIO liquid CPU cooler needs a case that can mount a 360mm radiator with three fans; verify your chassis supports that length before ordering.

How is the WiFi 6 MT7921 module installed, and what step is often missed?

The WiFi 6 MT7921 card seats in an M.2 E-key slot on the motherboard; the step many miss is attaching the two small antenna cables before closing the case.

When will the AIO coolant need attention, and what part is replaced?

A sealed 360mm AIO typically runs for several years; when pump noise or temperatures rise, the whole closed-loop unit is replaced rather than refilled.
