Processor with 96 MB L3 cache

The 8-core Ryzen 7 5800X3D runs at a 3.40 GHz base clock and can reach 4.5 GHz boost. Its large 96 MB cache is the specification that most influences gaming frame rates in cache-sensitive titles. The chip pairs with 32 GB of DDR4 memory and a 2 TB PCIe NVMe SSD.

Suits buyers who prioritise cache-heavy gaming

Builders who need more than 32 GB of memory or a larger SSD should look at other configurations. Users wanting a newer GPU architecture or a different CPU platform will not find them in this model.

Questions about this item

How does the 96MB cache on the 5800X3D help in games?

The large L3 cache keeps more game data on the chip, cutting trips to main memory and lifting frame rates in cache-sensitive titles.

What does the PCIe 4.0 link on the RTX 3060 Ti actually deliver?

The x16 4.0 connection provides full bandwidth for the 8GB GDDR6 card, so the GPU is not limited by the bus in modern titles.

Will the 240mm AIO and 750W PSU fit a standard ATX case?

The system ships in a desktop tower built around that cooler and power supply, so clearance and mounting are already matched.
