Processor and graphics

The Velztorm Tentorix is a pre-built gaming desktop powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D 8-core processor with 96MB cache and a GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card with 8GB GDDR6 memory. It ships with 16GB DDR4 system memory and a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD. Windows 11 Home is installed and the system includes a 240mm AIO liquid CPU cooler and 750W power supply.

Compatibility checks

Verify that your display provides an HDMI or DisplayPort input to match the graphics card outputs. Ensure your network environment supports 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi or wired Ethernet via the RJ-45 port. Confirm the 750W power supply meets the demands of any additional components you may install later. The chassis uses standard ATX mounting points for motherboard and drive upgrades.

Build and connectivity

The black tower features RGB lighting and a 240mm AIO cooler for sustained CPU thermal performance. Front and rear I/O includes USB 3.0 Type-A, four USB 3.2 Gen1 ports, one USB 3.2 Type-C Gen2 port, and a headphone/microphone combo jack. Wireless connectivity uses 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 alongside gigabit Ethernet. No optical drive bay is populated.

Questions about this item

Does the Velztorm Tentorix come with a monitor, keyboard, or mouse, or do I need to buy them separately?

The system ships without a monitor, keyboard, or mouse. You will need to supply your own display and peripherals.

Which storage capacity should I choose between the 512GB, 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB NVMe SSD options?

The 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD gives ample room for a large game library and creative projects without needing a secondary drive.

What does the 96MB L3 cache on the Ryzen 7 5800X3D actually do for gaming frame rates?

The large 96MB L3 cache reduces memory latency, letting the 8-core CPU feed the RTX 3070 faster and lifting minimum frame rates in cache-sensitive titles.
