Velztorm Tentorix Gaming Desktop PC

The Velztorm Tentorix is a pre-built gaming desktop powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D 8-core processor with 96MB cache and a GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card with 8GB GDDR6 memory. It ships with 64GB DDR4 RAM and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD. The system includes a 750W power supply, 240mm AIO liquid CPU cooler, RGB lighting, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and Windows 10 Home.

Suits high-refresh 1080p gaming.

This configuration suits players targeting high frame rates at 1080p resolution in competitive and mainstream titles. The 8GB GPU frame buffer and memory bandwidth limit performance at 1440p ultra settings or 4K gaming. Buyers who need more VRAM for higher resolutions or heavy creative workloads should consider a different graphics tier. The 64GB DDR4 memory supports multitasking and content creation alongside gaming.

96MB L3 cache on the Ryzen 7 5800X3D

The processor features 96MB of L3 cache, a large on-die buffer that reduces memory latency in gaming workloads. This cache size is the defining hardware characteristic that separates this CPU from standard 8-core models without 3D V-Cache. It directly influences 1% low frame rates and frame-time consistency in CPU-bound scenarios. The 3.40GHz base clock and 4.5GHz boost operate within this cached architecture.

Questions about this item

Does the Velztorm Tentorix include a monitor so I can use it immediately?

The system ships without a display; you will need to provide your own monitor with an HDMI or DisplayPort input to see the Windows 10 Home desktop.

Will my older USB 2.0 keyboard and mouse work with the front and rear ports on this desktop?

Yes, the four USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A ports and the USB 3.0 Type-A port are backward compatible, so USB 2.0 peripherals will function normally when plugged in.

How can I confirm the 64 GB DDR4 memory is recognised and running after first boot?

Open Task Manager, select the Performance tab, then click Memory; it should show 64 GB total capacity and DDR4 as the type.
