Velztorm Vertix Gaming Desktop

This Velztorm Vertix is a Mini Tower gaming desktop built around an 8-core Ryzen 7 5800X processor running at 3.80 GHz with a 4.7 GHz boost and 32 MB L3 cache. It pairs that CPU with 32 GB of DDR4 memory and dual 1 TB PCIe NVMe SSDs for 2 TB of total storage. An RTX 3070 graphics card with 8 GB of GDDR6 memory handles visual output. The system ships with Windows 10 Pro installed.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

The 8-core CPU and RTX 3070 combination suits gamers and content creators who need strong single-thread speed and ray-tracing-capable graphics in a compact chassis. Wi-Fi 6 AX200 and Bluetooth 5.2 cover modern wireless needs. Builders who want more than 2 TB of fast storage or who require a second graphics card should look elsewhere because the Mini Tower form factor and 750 W power supply limit internal expansion.

The specification that decides fit

The RTX 3070 with 8 GB of GDDR6 memory is the single specification that decides whether this system fits your workflow; titles and applications that demand more video memory will not run at their highest settings on this card.

Questions about this item

What clearance does the 120 mm AIO liquid CPU cooler need inside the Mini Tower?

The 120 mm radiator mounts to a 120 mm fan location in the Mini Tower chassis; verify your case has a compatible 120 mm mounting area before installation.

How is the Ryzen 7 5800X installed, and what step is often missed?

Seat the 5800X in the AM4 socket, apply thermal paste, then attach the pre-filled AIO cold plate; the step often missed is removing the protective film from the cold-plate base before mounting.

When will the AIO liquid cooler require maintenance or replacement?

The sealed 120 mm AIO is maintenance-free for its service life; plan to replace the unit if pump noise appears or CPU temperatures rise above normal after several years of use.
