Velztorm Vertix Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Vertix is a mini-tower gaming desktop built around an 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 5800X processor clocked at 3.80 GHz with a 4.7 GHz boost. It pairs that CPU with 32GB of DDR4 memory and a 4TB SATA SSD for fast game loads. An NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 with 8GB GDDR6 handles graphics, while a 750W supply powers the system and a 120mm AIO liquid cooler in turquoise keeps the CPU temperature down. Windows 10 Home comes pre-installed.

Best fit and limits

This PC suits players who want a ready-to-go 1440p machine with plenty of storage and Wi-Fi 6 plus Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. Buyers who need more than 32GB of RAM or who prefer a larger chassis with extra drive bays should look at something else. The Mini Tower form factor and fixed 750W power supply also limit future GPU upgrades that draw significantly more power.

Deciding specification

The single specification that decides fit is the 4TB SATA SSD capacity. If your game library and media files fit comfortably within that space the system works well; if you anticipate needing multiple terabytes of additional high-speed storage you will need a different platform.

Questions about this item

How often should the 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler be checked or replaced?

The 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler is a sealed unit; inspect tubing and pump noise every 12 months and plan replacement around the 5‑year mark if temperatures rise.

What thermal limit appears first during extended gaming on the Ryzen 7 5800X?

The CPU hits its 4.7 GHz boost ceiling and the 120mm AIO reaches its heat‑dissipation limit before the 750W power supply or RTX 3070 throttle.

How loud and hot does the system get when running all day?

The 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler keeps the Ryzen 7 5800X near 3.80 GHz base clocks with moderate fan noise; the 750W supply runs cool under the RTX 3070 load.
