Ready-to-game Ryzen desktop

This Velztorm Vertix system ships with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X eight-core processor, 64GB DDR4 memory, a 1TB NVMe SSD and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card. Windows 10 Home is pre-installed and the 750W power supply drives the 120mm AIO liquid cooler with turquoise RGB lighting.

Upgrade from older eight-core or six-core builds

The jump is worth it when your current rig still uses a previous Ryzen generation, caps at 16GB or 32GB RAM or relies on a spinning hard drive for the OS. Moving to 64GB DDR4 and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD removes those bottlenecks for modern titles and multitasking.

Check your monitor and workspace first

Verify you have a DisplayPort or HDMI cable that matches the RTX 3070 outputs and enough desk space for a mini-tower chassis. The board provides Wi-Fi 6 AX200 and Bluetooth 5.2, so a wired Ethernet run is optional. No optical drive is included.

Questions about this item

How much clearance does the 120 mm AIO liquid CPU cooler need inside the Mini Tower case?

The 120 mm AIO liquid CPU cooler is pre-installed in the Mini Tower chassis, so no additional clearance planning is required.

Which power cables must be connected to the RTX 3070 during setup, and what mistake do builders often make?

Connect both 8-pin PCIe power cables from the 750 W supply to the RTX 3070; the common error is leaving one cable unplugged, which prevents the card from posting.

When should the AIO coolant or the 750 W power supply be replaced in this Vertix build?

The sealed 120 mm AIO requires no coolant changes; plan to evaluate the 750 W power supply after several years of heavy gaming loads.
