System role

The Velztorm Vertix is a pre-built gaming desktop assembled around an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X eight-core processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card. It ships with Windows 10 Home, 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 1TB SATA SSD, targeting players who want a ready-to-run system for high-refresh 1440p gaming without selecting individual components.

Graphics specification

The installed RTX 3070 provides 8GB of GDDR6 memory on a PCIe 4.0 interface and supports DirectX 12 Ultimate, G-SYNC and VR workloads. This GPU tier determines whether the machine can sustain high frame rates at 1440p in modern titles; builders who need more video memory for 4K texture packs or heavy compute tasks should look elsewhere.

Sustained operation

A 750W power supply feeds the CPU and GPU while a 120mm AIO liquid cooler manages processor thermals during extended sessions. The mini-tower chassis limits total airflow compared with larger cases, so prolonged maximum-load scenarios will run warmer than in a full-tower build with greater radiator capacity.

Questions about this item

How does the Ryzen 7 5800X 3.80 GHz base clock and 4.7 GHz boost translate to gaming frame rates?

The 8-core processor runs at 3.80 GHz base and can boost to 4.7 GHz, delivering high single-thread speed that keeps modern titles running smoothly at 1440p when paired with the RTX 3070.

What does the PCIe 4.0 link on the RTX 3070 actually limit in this build?

The graphics card uses a PCIe 4.0 x16 connection, so bandwidth is capped at the slot's 4.0 specification; the 8 GB GDDR6 frame buffer and 750 W supply define the practical ceiling.

Will the 120 mm AIO liquid cooler and Mini Tower chassis fit a standard ATX motherboard?

The Mini Tower houses a 120 mm AIO liquid CPU cooler and a 750 W power supply; the board follows the compact layout designed for this chassis.
