Ready-to-play desktop

This Velztorm Vertix system arrives assembled with a Ryzen 7 5800X eight-core processor, 16GB of DDR4 memory and a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card. The 4TB of NVMe storage is split across two 2TB drives. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed.

Mini-tower connectivity

A 750W power supply feeds the components inside a gray mini-tower case cooled by a 120mm AIO liquid cooler with turquoise RGB lighting. Front and rear ports include two USB 3.1 Gen1, four USB 3.0 Type-A, one USB 3.1 Type-C Gen1, one USB 3.2 Type-C Gen2, HDMI, DisplayPort, microphone and headphone jacks. Wireless uses Wi-Fi 6 AX200 and Bluetooth 5.2 alongside wired Ethernet.

Compatibility checks

The motherboard uses DDR4 slots, so any future memory upgrade must match that generation. Verify that your monitor cable matches HDMI or DisplayPort inputs. The mini-tower form factor limits internal expansion space, so buyers who want additional drive bays or a second graphics card should consider a larger chassis.

Questions about this item

What PCIe generation do the 2×2 TB SSDs use and what throughput ceiling does that set?

The two 2 TB drives are PCIe NVMe SSDs; they run on a PCIe 3.0 x4 link, so sequential reads top out around 3 500 MB/s in practice.

What clearance and mounting points does the 120 mm AIO liquid cooler require inside the mini-tower chassis?

The 120 mm radiator mounts to the rear 120 mm fan location using the standard four-hole pattern; the block fits AM4 sockets and needs about 50 mm of vertical clearance above the CPU.

How is the Radeon RX 6900 XT installed and which power-cable step do builders often miss?

The card occupies a dual-slot PCIe x16 slot and draws power from two 8-pin connectors; the step people miss is seating both 8-pin plugs fully until the latches click.
