Velztorm Vertix Turquoise Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Vertix Turquoise is a pre-built gaming desktop powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-core processor and a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card with 16GB GDDR6. It ships with 16GB DDR4 memory and 2TB of PCIe NVMe SSD storage across two drives. Windows 10 Pro is installed and a 750W power supply drives the system.

Upgrading from older Ryzen or entry-level GPU

Buyers moving from a 4-core Ryzen or a graphics card below the 6900 XT tier will see a clear jump in multi-thread throughput and 4K frame rates. The 8-core CPU at up to 4.7 GHz and the 16GB GDDR6 GPU make the upgrade worthwhile when current hardware struggles with modern titles at high settings or with content-creation workloads.

16GB DDR4 and 2TB NVMe headroom

The 16GB DDR4 kit handles current games and mainstream multitasking comfortably; heavier streaming or editing sessions may push memory limits. The dual 1TB NVMe array offers 2TB total space for a large library and fast load times, while the 750W unit supports the existing CPU and GPU combination without extra headroom for significant further upgrades.

Questions about this item

Will the mini-tower case and 750W supply fit a standard ATX motherboard?

The chassis is a mini-tower with a 750W power supply; ATX boards fit but verify length clearance for the Radeon RX 6900 XT before ordering.

What is the correct order for seating the AIO cooler and graphics card during assembly?

Mount the 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler to the socket first, then install the Radeon RX 6900 XT into the top PCIe slot so the tubing has room.

When should the 16GB DDR4 memory be upgraded for heavier workloads?

The board accepts up to 64GB DDR4 DIMM; add matched modules when multitasking or content creation exceeds the factory 16GB.
