Velztorm White Ferrux II gaming desktop

This system pairs a 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900K processor with 64GB of DDR4 memory and a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD. It targets creators and power users who need strong multi-threaded CPU performance in a pre-built Windows 11 Home machine.

Capacity and headroom

The 16-core, 24-thread CPU with 30MB cache and 5.2 GHz boost handles heavy workloads such as video editing, 3D rendering and virtualisation. The GeForce RTX 3050 with 8GB GDDR6 memory suits 1080p gaming and light GPU compute, but will limit higher-resolution or ray-traced titles.

Upgrade context

The configuration replaces older desktops that rely on lower-core-count CPUs and smaller memory kits, delivering a large jump in parallel throughput and storage speed. Buyers who need more GPU memory or multiple high-end graphics cards should consider a different platform.

Questions about this item

Will the i9-12900K and 750W power supply run my existing PCIe 3.0 NVMe SSD and DDR4 memory if I move them into this system?

Yes. The motherboard supports PCIe 4.0 and is backward compatible with PCIe 3.0 drives, while the four DDR4 slots accept standard DDR4 DIMMs. The 750W unit provides ample headroom for the 12900K, RTX 3050 and additional storage.

How can I verify the RTX 3050 8GB GDDR6 and Wi-Fi 6 AX200 are active after first boot?

Open Device Manager and confirm NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 appears under Display adapters with 8GB dedicated memory, and Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 appears under Network adapters with Bluetooth 5.1 listed in the same branch.

What ships inside the White Ferrux II chassis — specifically the cooler, PSU and OS — and what is not included?

The box contains the desktop with a 240mm AIO liquid CPU cooler, 750W power supply, Windows 11 Home 64-bit pre-installed, Wi-Fi 6 AX200 and Bluetooth 5.1. No monitor, keyboard, mouse or optical drive is supplied.
