Venus Optics Laowa 14mm f/4 FF RL Zero-D camera lens for Nikon Z

Ultra-wide 14mm f/4 for Nikon Z

The Laowa 14mm f/4 FF RL Zero-D is a manual-focus prime lens built for Nikon Z full-frame mirrorless cameras. Its 114° angle of view suits landscape, architecture and interior photographers who need an expansive perspective in a compact body.

Near-zero distortion optical design

The lens uses 13 elements in 9 groups to keep straight lines straight across the frame. This Zero-D construction removes the barrel distortion that plagues many ultra-wide lenses, so architectural edges and horizons stay geometrically accurate without heavy correction in post.

52mm filter thread and 10-point sunstars

A standard 52mm front thread accepts common screw-in filters without bulky holder systems. The 5-bladed aperture renders 10-point sunstars from bright highlights, adding a distinctive look to night cityscapes or backlit scenes. The lens weighs 228g and measures 58mm x 59mm, so it fits easily in a small bag, but the fixed f/4 aperture and manual focus limit low-light event work and fast-action tracking.
