90mm 2x Macro for Nikon Z

This lens is built for Nikon Z mirrorless bodies and delivers 2x magnification for extreme close-up work. Its apochromatic design uses three extra-low dispersion elements to suppress chromatic aberration across the frame. Portrait and macro photographers gain a versatile 90mm focal length with a bright f/2.8 maximum aperture.

Z-mount full-frame compatibility

Verify that your camera uses the Nikon Z mount and covers a full-frame sensor before ordering. The optical formula is tailored to the shorter flange distance of mirrorless systems. No adapter is required and electronic contacts are not present, so confirm your body can shoot with manual-focus, manual-aperture lenses.

Manual focus with 13-blade aperture

The lens requires manual focusing and aperture control via the 13-blade diaphragm ring. Its compact, lightweight construction keeps the kit bag light for field work. The APO correction reduces purple fringing and ghosting, cutting post-processing time for macro and portrait sessions alike.

Questions about this item

Does the box include a hood, caps and a case, or do I need to buy any of those separately?

The lens ships with front and rear caps and a lens hood; a pouch or hard case is not included and must be purchased separately.

The spec lists 2X magnification — is that the only macro option or are there other ratios to consider?

This model provides a fixed 2:1 maximum magnification; there are no alternative magnification versions of this lens.

What does the 2X magnification actually deliver when I shoot with a full-frame Z camera?

It projects the subject at twice life-size on the sensor, capturing detail that standard 1:1 macro lenses cannot resolve.
