The VEVOR air-operated grease pump holds 10.5 gallons or 40 litres of 0-3# grease and delivers up to 740 grams per minute at a 50:1 pressure ratio. It is designed for automotive, agricultural and marine lubrication tasks that require high-volume output. The unit weighs 32.1 pounds and stands 34.3 inches tall on four 2-inch wheels.

Workshop Integration Needs

The pump requires a compressed-air supply between 0.6 and 0.8 MPa to operate and includes a 13-foot double-layer steel-wire hose rated to 60 MPa. Its 360-degree rotating nozzle with standard NPT fitting and a built-in nozzle hook reduce clutter around the barrel. The wide handle and four-wheel base allow the 18.7-by-14.4-inch footprint to be moved between service bays.

Included Accessories and Controls

The package supplies a grease gun, a pressure valve and a user manual alongside the pump and hose assembly. The pressure valve lets the operator regulate flow for different grease viscosities, while the grease gun provides a controlled dispensing point.
