10 L Manual Sausage Stuffer for Home

This vertical stuffer handles 10 L or 22 lbs of meat per batch, using a hand-cranked dual-speed gearbox. It is built for butchers, delis and serious home cooks who need consistent filling without electric power. The 304 stainless steel barrel, base and frame resist corrosion during heavy daily use.

Five 304 Stainless Tubes and Vented Pressure Plate

Tube bores of .41, .55, .79, 1.18 and 1.42 in cover breakfast links through large salami. The pressure plate vents air through drilled holes as it descends, reducing casing blow-outs and the need for manual pricking. A spare sealing ring is included to maintain the plate seal over time.

Bench-Mount Assembly with Two-Person Lift Advised

The unit ships in one box weighing 45.64 lbs and measures 23.62 x 12.60 x 28.35 in. Bolting the base to a sturdy table prevents wobble during high-torque cranking. The 11.1 in hopper height means tall users may need a step stool. Clean every tube and the barrel bore immediately after use to avoid dried meat locking the piston.

Questions about this item

How often will the sealing ring on the 10 L stuffer need replacing?

The package includes one sealing ring; replace it when it shows wear or no longer seals the piston against the barrel.

Which component limits output first during a long stuffing session?

Operator effort on the dual-speed handle becomes the bottleneck before the 304 stainless barrel or tubes show any strain.

How much heat or noise does the manual mechanism produce when running all day?

No motor means virtually zero heat and only the quiet click of gears and handle movement during use.
