12" Countertop Pizza Oven

This electric pizza oven reaches 850°F for professional-grade baking on a countertop. It preheats to 605°F in 15 minutes and suits home cooks, campers or small food-service setups that want high heat without a full-size deck oven.

Temperature range and timer headroom

The adjustable knob spans 0 to 850°F, while the built-in timer runs from 30 seconds up to 60 minutes. That window covers fast Neapolitan-style pies as well as slower roasted meats or baked goods, though very long slow-roasts would exceed the maximum timer setting.

Stone, spatula and carry bag

A cordierite pizza stone stores and spreads heat evenly for consistent crust results. The metal spatula simplifies launch and retrieval, and the included carry bag pairs with foldable legs to make transport and storage practical for camping or patio use.

Questions about this item

Will the 12-inch stone fit on my existing 14-inch pizza peel?

The 12-inch stone is smaller than a 14-inch peel, so it will fit, but the peel will extend beyond the stone edges.

How do I confirm the oven reaches 850°F after the 15-minute preheat?

Use an infrared thermometer aimed at the stone surface; the built-in knob only shows the dial setting, not the actual stone temperature.

Does the box include a pizza peel or only the spatula?

The package contains the oven, a 12-inch pizza stone, a pizza spatula and a carry bag; a peel is not included.
