  • FCC-tested safety gives reliable operation every time

Designed for 12V LiFePO4 Batteries

This smart charger supplies 14.6V DC at 60A for 12V LiFePO4 batteries. It accepts 100-120V AC input and delivers up to 876W maximum output power. An Anderson connector and M8 terminal adapter cable are included for connection. The aluminium alloy housing measures 8.46 inches wide.

Four-Stage Charging with 0V Activation

A four-stage curve automatically detects battery status: precharge wakes low-voltage cells, constant current provides rapid charging, constant voltage prevents overcharge, and a final stage cuts output until a new battery is connected. The 0V activation function recovers batteries stuck in BMS protection without extra tools. The unit is tested to FCC standards.

60A Charging Current Defines Capacity

The 60A output current determines how quickly a compatible battery reaches full charge. Buyers needing faster replenishment for larger banks should note this fixed rate. This charger is not suitable for lead-acid chemistries.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise does the 876 W charger produce during continuous use?

The unit is built from aluminum alloy which acts as a heatsink; no fan noise or temperature figures are provided by the manufacturer.

What AC supply and battery connections are required before the 14.6 V 60 A output will operate?

A 100–120 V 60 Hz mains outlet and a 12 V LiFePO4 battery with an Anderson or M8 terminal connection are needed.

Will the 0 V activation and four-stage curve work safely with an older 12 V LiFePO4 pack that has been in storage?

Yes, the 0 V activation wakes a battery in BMS protection and the four-stage curve then charges it through precharge, constant current, constant voltage and full-cutoff stages.
