Pump Purpose

This 12V diaphragm pump supplies pressurised water at 1.8 GPM and 60 PSI for mobile and off-grid installations. It suits RV, yacht, food-truck, camper and marine systems that need reliable on-demand flow from a DC supply.

Build and Connections

The three-chamber design uses a pure copper motor and a noise-reducing base for quiet operation. A 1/2'' MNPT port fits standard plumbing, while the adjustable 40-100 PSI pressure switch activates automatically when a tap opens and stops when it closes, tested to 200000 cycles.

Pre-Install Checks

Verify that your system runs on 12V DC and can supply 60W for the pump. Confirm the 1/2'' MNPT thread matches your existing fittings and that the 207 x 138 x 125 mm footprint fits the mounting location. Ensure the 40-100 PSI adjustment range covers your required pressure.
