This 12 V LED lighting kit fits Club Car DS models from 1993 onward. It includes two headlights and two tail lights built from ABS and PC housings. The set draws a maximum of 4 A and replaces the original incandescent units with a brighter, lower-draw alternative. Installation uses the factory mounting points on the cart body.

Direct bolt-on using factory holes

Each headlight measures 11.42 x 5.12 x 5.31 in and each tail light 6.1 x 4.13 x 2.17 in, matching the stock apertures so no cutting or drilling is required. The kit ships with a user manual that illustrates the wiring colour codes. The most common issue is a reversed polarity connection on the tail-light harness; verifying the plug orientation before tightening the hardware avoids a non-functioning circuit.

Steady output during extended runs

Total LED power is rated at 37 W while the system input is 22 W, so the driver circuitry regulates current continuously rather than peaking briefly. The ABS and PC lenses resist yellowing and vibration, maintaining consistent beam pattern over long periods on the course. The kit is not suited for carts converted to higher-voltage packs or for owners who need auxiliary work lights beyond the four supplied units.
