Street-Legal Lighting for Yamaha G29

This 12 V LED headlight and tail-light kit is built for Yamaha G29 carts from 2007 onward. It supplies a complete front-and-rear lighting package that meets street-legal requirements. The kit suits owners who need compliant illumination for road use without modifying the cart's original electrical system.

Direct Fit into Factory Mounting Points

The headlights measure 340 x 150 x 120 mm and the tail lights 360 x 165 x 120 mm, matching the G29's stock locations. Installation draws up to 8 A at 22 W input, leaving the remaining 12 V capacity free for other accessories. No additional brackets or wiring harnesses are required beyond what the cart already provides.

Ready-to-Install Kit with Manual

The package contains two LED headlights, two LED tail lights and a user manual in a single box. All components arrive pre-assembled so the installer only needs to connect the supplied plugs. The manual guides the wiring sequence, reducing the chance of incorrect polarity or loose connections.

Questions about this item

How much current can the kit draw continuously from a 12 V system?

The kit is rated for a maximum of 8 A at DC 12 V, so the cart’s wiring and fuse must support that load.

How hot do the ABS and polycarbonate housings get after hours of night driving?

The LEDs consume 28 W total and the housings are vented ABS, PC and PP, so surface temperatures stay warm but not burn-hot during extended use.

Does my Yamaha G29 already have the mounting points and 12 V feed this kit needs?

The kit is designed for G29 models from 2007 onward and bolts to the factory light brackets using the existing 12 V supply.
